Bill consolidation companies handle payments for your accounts and lower your rates. They have a huge positive impact on your financial situation. Of course if you need to choose a company you should know how to choose the best one.

Getting you out of debt

Bill consolidation companies usually eliminate your short term debt within five years. Such companies also lower your interest rate. Also sometimes a creditor will also agree to waive any late payment or other fees if debt consolidation company is working on your debts.

All you have to do is to pay the bill consolidation company one payment. Then they pay the accounts you have agreed to consolidate. Fees usually vary and are based on each account handled. Usually you have to pay a monthly fee. Of course there are companies that charge a large upfront payment, but a monthly fee practice is better choice.

Some creditors might report to the credit reporting agency that you use a debt management plan. Such report may temporarily stop you from opening new accounts, but if you will pay regularly you will be able to open new accounts after several months. You will even be able to apply for a mortgage after a year.

How to find the best company

Usually the best debt consolidation companies only handle debt management. There are other companies that have a vide variety of other services such as debt negotiation or bankruptcy but they dont always provide a good service.

When you will start investigating debt consolidation companies ask them when will your accounts be paid. You will instantly notice a reputable company after they will answer your question, because they will give separate dates for each account according to the account balance and a creditor name.

Of course service fee is another factor when choosing the best company. You should request quotes from several reputable companies and then compare them. You should quickly find the best solution for you.

Watch your bill statements

Paperwork mix-ups, defunct business, or poor service can all result in missed or late payments on your credit history. You wouldnt want that, so you should prevent it from happening. You have to protect yourself from a lower credit score, so continue to monitor your bill statements. If you will notice any problem, call your creditor and bill consolidation company to resolve the issue. If you will do all these things it should save you from even bigger fees and make your finances better.

Bipolar I, also known as manic depression, is a relatively common psychological disorder. Bipolar disorder has three main types: Bipolar I, Bipolar II, and Bipolar III. The defining symptoms of bipolar disorder are episodes of depression and euphoria that cannot be explained by the persons situation.

Bipolar I disorder causes the individual to have a manic or mixed episode. A manic episode causes inflated self-importance, euphoria, racing thoughts, irritability, poor judgment, difficulty concentrating, insomnia, and impulsivity. Mania often causes the person to talk more or faster than usual.

Severe episodes of mania can cause hallucinations and delusions. The content of the hallucinations and delusions from mania are related to the other symptoms of the disorder. For example, someone who is experiencing an inflated self-esteem may have a delusion of being chosen by God or aliens for their superiority.

A mixed episode is considered a combination of symptoms of mania as well as symptoms of depression. The person having a mixed episode may fluctuate from feeling hopeless and depressed to feelings of self-importance and euphoria. The switching between the two can be very frustrating for the individual.

Bipolar I disorder differs from the other mood disorders by the presence of a manic or mixed episode. If a person who has clinical depression or Bipolar II disorder has a manic or mixed episode, the diagnosis should be changed to Bipolar I.

Mood stabilizers are a type of medication that is often used to treat bipolar disorder. Cognitive therapy is often an important component in the treatment of bipolar disorder. The symptoms can cause problems in the persons relationships, therefore, family therapy is often included in the treatment for bipolar disorder.

Sometimes, people close to those with bipolar disorder become frustrated with the symptoms and expect the person with bipolar disorder to stop the symptoms. The individual with bipolar disorder cannot will the symptoms away just like someone with heart disease cannot make the condition go away.

For some people, the Bipolar I disorder causes very few problems while for others it may cause a daily struggle. A person with Bipolar I disorder may have different levels of severity in their lifetime. One episode may be severe while a previous one may have been mild.

Relapses of Bipolar I do occur even with the best treatment. The individual with Bipolar I should seek help from their mental health professionals if symptoms return or the condition worsens.

The Arco di Constantino, or Arch of Constantine, was famously build by Emperor Constantine to commemorate a victory at the Battle of Milvian Bridge, fought in 315 CE. This is the most recent of the Roman triumphal arches still standing, and it has a few unique characteristics you won’t see anywhere else.

This arch is impressively sized at over twenty meters high, twenty-five meters wide, and seven meters deep, with three distinctive arches built into it. The center one is more than eleven meters high and six meters high, and is the largest, with smaller arches on either side.

The design of the Arch of Constantine is similar to that used in the Arch of Septimus Severus, which is located at the Roman Forum. Both of them have main sections that sport detached columns, and have an upper portion called an attic that bears a main inscription.

A visit to the Arch of Constantine is an easy thing to do while in Rome, since the arch itself spans the Via Triumphalis - the road used by victorious emperors on their way back to Rome. Constantine’s choice of this area to locate his arch tells us a lot about the message he wanted to send to rivals.

The arch is quite close to the more famous Colosseum, and is easy to visit by Metro. If you’ll be taking a tour of other ruins in this area of the city, you’ll almost certainly pass by the arch on your way.

Depending on the light when you view the arch, you may notice a few things about it. First, not all parts of it seem to be made from the same stone, and some are even a slightly different color.

That’s because other monuments were used in the construction of the Arch of Constantine, including pieces used almost in their entirety of the lower part of the arch. The finished piece was made up of other architecture.

The lower portion of the arch is solid marble blocks, with a staircase located high up in the thickness of the arch and hard to access from the ground. The attic is brick with a marble facing.

It’s been said that the builders borrowed pieces of other monuments to make construction go more quickly, or because they didn’t have the ability to build an entire arch from scratch. We don’t really know why they chose to use other pieces of architecture to make the arch, but this interesting detail makes it stand out from the rest.

The arch itself was incorporated into a Medieval family stronghold, becoming part of another structure. It wasn’t until the eighteenth century that excavation and restoration started, and it was kept up until the late 1990s.

If you’re on a trip to Rome, you’ll probably take the time to see the ancient monuments of this fascinating city. Don’t forget to take a little time out to see the Arch of Constantine while you’re there.

by Frasier Harvey

In this part of our guide to holidays in Greece we focus on accommodation…

Greek hotels are, by and large, no-frills operations. Most rooms are small, but they have balconies and air-conditioning, and are kept clean and tidy. In some areas, however, busy roads, restaurants and bars can create a lot of noise. Travelers yearning for more well-appointed hotels can find some in the cities and on some islands, but there a relatively few options and they tend to be more expensive than their amenities justify.

In addition to hotels, almost every popular Greek destination offers self-catering accommodation, called studios or apartments (the terms are pretty much used interchangeably). Though not listed very often in travel guides, they’re a viable option, especially for budget conscious travelers. They are similar to hotel rooms in almost every aspect, with the only real difference being that they also have basic cooking facilities.

Travelers with bigger budgets can consider renting a villa. As well as being spacious, villas tend to be near - or even on - the beach, offering convenience and good views. With most villas able to comfortably house up to eight people, this is a cost-effective option for groups.

You will probably be able to make your bookings online. Most hotels, studios and villas, even the smaller ones, have web sites nowadays. Most will accept email bookings, but in individual cases, faxes can still sometimes be a more reliable form of communication. Otherwise, you can use a Greek or international hotel booking service to make your accommodation arrangements.

Otherwise, once you’re in Greece, you can usually find a place without a lot of trouble. But don’t try this in summer on the most popular islands, where rooms can be difficult to find at the peak of the season, and on major holidays. If you find yourself stuck for a room, you can ask at a cafe whether the owner or staff know of any rooms for rent, or seek help from a local travel agency (if possible, one recommended by a major guidebook).

It seems that you cannot turn on the news these days without hearing about another bank failure, this company is going bankrupt, unemployment skyrockets, recession is here, etc. It seems to never end. The question is, are you letting this affect you?

Did you know that if the average American family just had another $300 each month, that would prevent 85% of all bankruptcies? Staggering figure….Only $300! There is an ever increasing number of Americans working from home, designing their own future rather than believing in Fox news channels daily dose of doom.

Quite simply, as many of you already know, working in a network marketing company or an MLM is more than just an option. Regardless if you are in ACN, Nu Skin, Herbalife, Amway, Zrii, or Monavie, we all know there is Lots of money to be made in this economy. And, many of us are making great money doing what we love.

But what if you are not making the $10k a month that your upline promised you? What went wrong? The answer is simple……the lack of proper training.
Are you serious about wanting to improve you bass guitar playing? If you are, then one of the most productive things you can do is work on your scales. It has even been said that the level of your scale playing pretty much determines the level of your bass playing overall! I have designed these exercises to help you to develop a more accurate sense of rhythm and to improve the speed and agility of your bass guitar scales.

But will you be learning the proper techniques, the proper fingering? You best hire yourself a tutor. If you want to learn slap bass, it’s the ultimate way to go. And it’s also a great way of improving your music skills.

Even if you don’t end up going anywhere major with your new found skills, you will still feel great and be proud of yourself for learning something new. The bass guitar is fun, and adding these skills to your repertoire will help you to begin developing your own unique playing style.

Beginner bass players should learn these right away to save them years of time, trouble and frustration, but that most often never happens for them. Intermediate bass players have to have some patterns under their belt to even be at an intermediate level, however, they are usually the most frustrated players because they feel like they are getting somewhere with their instrument, but the are so held up with partial information that they can’t move beyond where they are at.

Save the beer for in between setlists. Drink water if you’re thirsty. If someone offers you a beer just before a setlist, just set it to the side and save it for the next break. Water drinking musicians onstage just look more professional than beer-drinking ones.

NEVER SING if you feel uncomfortable about it. NEVER HARMONIZE if you’re not sure what notes to hit with the lead singer. Avoid “falsetto vocals” if at all possible. Falsetto only belongs when you are driving in the car, ALONE, and with your favorite CD playing

Unfortunately, it turns out to be harder than it looks. Here’s why: The muscles that move your hands and fingers across the neck and strings are rarely used for other tasks. The fine motor skills needed to play a stringed instrument require that the small muscles of the hands be strengthened. So when you take up the bass, you’re like a baby learning to walk: Not only do you have no idea of what you’re doing, you don’t even have the muscles to do it.

Use your left thumb as a pivot, keeping your elbow out from your body so that it can swing back and forth freely. Curve the fingers of your left hand out over the neck to reach notes on the thicker strings; as your thumb pivots. Play the notes on the thinner strings with your fingers flattened more against the neck, your elbow pulled back, and your left thumb standing almost out straight from the neck

If you are looking around to make up your mind about which Havana hotels to go for your upcoming Cuba Holidays then you are reading the right article. I will let you know which are the best hotels in Havana categorized by star rating and the average price per person.

Havana City is divided into 14 municipalities. The old town known as Habana Vieja is probably your best bet when it comes to choose the best location to stay in Havana. There are other 2 interesting places to stay such as Vedado and Miramar but they will be the subject of a future article,

There are 22 hotels in the Old Town. If you are looking for the best possible accommodation in Havana you can get then I would recommend Parque Central Hotel, Saratoga Hotel and Santa Isabel Hotel.

Other hotels worth staying are the boutique 4 star hotels in the Old Town. All managed by the leading Havana hotelier Habaguanex. The most relevant fact about these hotels is the fact that they were all built in the 18th Century and they all have a great deal of character.

Among these 4 star hotels worth mentioning Raquel Hotel and Condes de Villanueva. They have very good reviews. Their location can not be better and their architecture styles are simply astonishing.

Some cheaper accommodation facilities in the Old Town which I dare to recommend are Park View Hotel and Beltran de Santa Cruz. The last one has only 14 rooms and is highly demanded because of its room prices (average 40.00 CUC per person per night).

The very cheapest hotels you can find in the Old Town are Caribbean Hotel and Lido Hotel. The room prices of these hotels are around 15 CUC per person per night. These hotels are suitable for tourists on a very tight budget.

Prices range from 15.00 CUC (Cuban Convertible Pesos) per person per night for the cheapest hotels to 80.00 CUC per person per night for the most expensive 5 star hotels. The 4 star hotels which I highly recommend can be booked online for around 50.00 CUC per person per night.

Fireplaces are an appealing focal point wherever they’re located, but the final touch is the accessories that accompany it. This involves both the decorative kind, like fireplace candelabra, along with more useful types, like a fireplace screen. Although a fireplace isn’t generally purchased complete with accessories, it certainly should be.

Fireplace accessories are what you must have for both the maintenance and security of your fireplace. But they can also be decorative items that enhance your interior design.

Having the proper fireplace accessories before you even get going is best so that you don’t come across any circumstances where you are caught unawares. Having everything right there with you will make sure that your adventures with your fireplace will be enjoyable, rewarding, and most importantly, harmless.

You don’t have to spend a lot of money to obtain some nice fireplace accessories because there is a large assortment of choices to be had. Prices will differ considerably depending on the brand and style of the actual item, but if you are a careful consumer you’re certain to find what you want at an affordable price.

You can find quite few retail outlets specializing in fireplaces that feature a good choice of fireplace tools and accessories. At these places you are most likely going to be able to find what you want. Additionally, remember to have a look at home improvement stores as they have lots of fine fireplace accessories. Their selection will in all probability be priced lower than a comparable article in a more specialized store.

If cash is a problem, there is always the alternative of visiting some yard sales or searching in the local paper for individuals selling their fireplace accessories. As long as the articles are still in good shape, there’s nothing wrong with going used.

Also, you can find internet sites that are like want ads of products that people are selling or just endeavoring to get rid of. Check out these sites for some great deals on fireplace accessories. You never know what sort of luck you’ll have. Keep an open mind and open eyes, and you might be surprised at what you stumble on.

by Brian Armstrong

Refinancing your mortgage is a relatively straightforward process depending on who you are working with. The concept is at least simple. Your objective is to reduce your rate, lower your monthly payment, change the terms of your loan, switch to a new lender, consolidate debt, take cash out of the equity of your home, or a combination of some or all of these. Most of the time you can do a refinance without any money out of pocket depending on what type of refinance you are trying to do. The following are a few tips that can save you thousands when doing a refinance.

The first tip that I have for you is to do your due diligence by shopping around. Don’t automatically go sign up with the first office you visit unless you’ve at least talked with a couple of other loan officers and know that the first one you visit is the best. Several mortgage companies now have a lot of valuable information on the internet and finding their websites can be relatively easy to do. This will help you do some priliminary research before you decide to go with one company over another. Getting several quotes will at least give you a better idea of what a good rate is. Be cautious of the traditional bait and switch where a company will get you in the door with a low rate only to have a lot of additional fees and “points”. Make sure you’re comparing apples to apples and get the entire cost, not just the APR.

The second tip is to check to make sure your existing mortgage does not have a pre-payment penalty which will penalize you if you refinance. Most lenders have a 120 day prepayment penalty which means that you wouldn’t be able to refinance within that 120 days without paying the pre-payment penalty. This also means that you wouldn’t be refinancing more than 3 times per year usually. Some lenders do have a 90 day prepayment penalty, but most are 120 days. You can usually find this out in the original documentation on your loan or by contacting the lender or group that services your loan.

The third tip is to evaluate your monthly cash flow and how it can be affected by a refinance to reduce rates vs. to have a no-cost refinance. Most homebuyers will most likely not hold onto the same loan for the duration of the mortgage. What this means is that whether the borrower refinances within 6 months to 2 years down the road or sells the home, or otherwise changes lenders, the purchase “down” or buy down of the interest rate has cost more than you would have saved by buying down the rate. This isn’t to say that it is never worth buying down the rate, but with your loan officer, do the calculations so that you understand how long it would take in monthly savings to justify the cost of buying down the rate. Your loan officer should be able to help you make this calculation and help develop a loan product that will work for your specific scenario.

Also, if you are in only a temporary situation or know that you will only be in your home for a shorter amount of time, instead of buying down the rate, your best option may be to lower your monthly costs as much as possible instead of coming up with more cash at closing. It may be that if the cost to buy down the rate is $2,000 which may save you $20,000 over the 30 years you’ll have this mortgage, of course it’s worth it. But you may also need to decide on the value of that same $2,000 if invested in another medium. For instance, how much would that same $2,000 be worth if invested in something like t-bonds or another sort of mutual fund, etc. Often, the interest rate on a mortgage is low enough that buying down the rate to get slightly lower may not be worth it. Run the numbers with a competent loan officer and you’ll have a good idea of what may best help you.

The fourth tip is to reserve the actual running of the credit for when you’re ready to get approved. If you’re doing some shopping with multiple lenders, don’t provide your social security number or allow a credit check until you’re ready to sign with only one loan officer / brokerage or lender. The reason for this is that each inquiry against your credit will reduce your score slightly. There are some exceptions built into the credit bureaus that allow for multiple inquiries not counting against you that occur within a certain period of time (such as in the case of car shopping or even home shopping). However, if you know your credit score, you can usually get a loan officer to help you with some pretty accurate estimates based on the score. If you don’t know your score, you are entitled to a free credit report from each of the credit agencies at least one time per year. If you stagger this throughout the year, you can get a copy of your credit report every 4 months. Once from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. This will help you keep tabs on your credit as well as know your score.

Loan officers and mortgage brokers get paid one of two ways, either up front by charging you directly (like in the case of loan origination fees) or in the case of a “back-end” payout from the lender also known as yield spread premium. This is a compensation from the lender to the loan officer for selling the loan at a higher rate than the “par” rate. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as it does allow for a no-cost refinance. What makes it bad is the fact that it is usually unknown to the borrowers. If they don’t ask about it or know about it, there is a possibility that the loan officer is offering a rate above what the industry would consider fair compensation for the work that is done. Asking your loan officer what the par rate is and how they are being compensated is a fair question. Although you won’t necessarily know the actual par rate, expect that a refinance may earn the loan officer somewhere around $800 to $2000 depending on the loan amount. For this industry, those may be just fine. If your loan officer won’t answer that question directly, you may look for a second opinion.

These tips will save you money when you use them to refinance. The more basic education you have related to mortgages, the more informed you’ll be and the better you will be at spotting “red flags” when it comes to refinancing your mortgage. You may also ask around for friends, neighbors and coworkers who have recently purchased a home or possibly refinanced and find out about their experience. Often a recommendation from a friend for a trusted loan officer can make the difference between a good and bad experience at refinancing.

Your maid of honor is the woman who has been there for you through just about everything, almost like your groom to be–for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, for better and for worse. She’s seen you through your greatest successes and your worst failures. She has even seen you looking gorgeous for a party, and woken out of a dead sleep with your hair in curlers. And she has agreed to honor you on your special day by assuming this important role. Make sure she isn’t neglected; give her a gift that will let her know how grateful you are for her friendship.

Think about the personality of your maid of honor. Is she the type of girl who would flirt with the groomsmen–all four of them at once? Does she like to fish off a boating dock on a hot summer day? Would she like to curl up with a good book and a friendly cat? Is she all three of these rolled into one? Remember that she isn’t just standing by you at the altar to hold your flowers. Whatever your maid of honor is like, considering her personality type will make it much easier to find a gift that is perfect for her.

After carefully considering your maid of honor, brainstorm some ideas for presents. The fisherwoman might like a new bait or a few hooks; a book lover would love a new book (be sure it’s something she’ll want to read!); the flirt might prefer a gift certificate to a trendy club wear store. Think about unusual gift ideas as well–things that will complement her personality, but won’t be completely off base. Taking the time to brainstorm these ideas will help you finalize the best ones and pick the perfect gift.

A fun idea for a gift would be a get-to-know-you type game for you and your maid of honor to play. There are simple instructions to be found on the internet, or even your local library. Sure, you’ve known each other for years, but there might still be one or two things you may not know–and this is the opportunity to find out what they are. If done properly, not only will this game give the two of you hours of fun, but it can be played over and over again.

What kind of wrapping paper will you use for your present? Pick something as special as the woman you’re buying for. If you bought a flashy gift, make the wrapping elegant and eye catching. If you picked something more practical, choose a wrapper more in keeping with that idea, like brown butcher paper. Don’t just shove it in a bag, or even have a professional job done. And ABSOLUTELY do not give her the gift with the price tag still on, or in the store’s plastic bag. Gifts mean a lot more when the person giving has wrapped it as well, regardless of how perfectly it’s done.

Your maid of honor is that special person who occupies that special place in your life. Even if she hasn’t been there since the beginning, she should still be acknowledged as someone important. It’s not about how long someone has known you, it’s how deeply the friendship runs. Your maid of honor is a perfect example of that, and the gift you give should let her know that you’ve thought of it too.

Finding a superior rate in Atlanta Georgia on a hotel is not a tough task. You can constantly find a really cheap hotel in the city. The only item you want to pay attention to is where you are staying. You don’t want to end up staying in a part of town in which you will not be relaxed.

In this piece I have paid no consideration to location, I am simply going to reveal the top 5 cheap hotels that fall within the city limits of Atlanta. You will want to shop through these hotels to make sure they are in an area you want to stay. I also recommend you book in advance, and book with a site that has various hotel chains. The probability of you being moved to an alternative hotel, if one doesn’t meet your standards, are higher if you book with a hotel discounter instead of directly through a hotel.

The principal 5 cheap hotels in Atlanta are:

Hometown Inn starts at just $30 nightly.

Microtel Inn Galleria starts at $32 nightly

Days Inn/Jimmy Carter Blvd. starts at $34 nightly.

Masters Inn Marietta starts at $34 nightly.

The greatest way to save cash is to book at a site which offers a low price pledge. This means that prior to your trip if you find a lower price the site will match the price or refund your money so you can book the lower rate. Most hotel chains do not offer this feature because they essentially sell their rooms at wholesale to suppliers and hence would always be undercut.

Booking in advance is the best way to save cash because as the hotel gets more reservations they will increase prices. You need to make your mind up when you are going to go and then get your trip booked, you can make changes later on on most reservations, but you will be subject to the elevated rates since it is closer to the time of your trip.

How do you select what is best for you in the jungle of prepaid mobile plans and offers? Read this guide - regardless of where you live in the world, it will help you to choose the plan that will make you spend less.

To start, bear in mind that not all prepaid mobile plans are created equal. There are usually big differences, mostly based on the kind of use that you are expecting to put your phone through, e.g. heavy texting versus calling a few numbers regularly, et cetera.

As for the handset, you will not get a subsidised one as offered with lock-in contracts by opting for a prepaid mobile. But even if you get an expensive mobile phone the cost savings will make themselves felt in the long term, as prepaid mobile plans are usually cheaper. But remember that you will have to pay the full price of the handset right away.

Prepaid mobiles work by there being a credit sum that you need to pay in advance, and you can then call as long as the credit is positive. You can usually recharge different credit amounts. But you need to be aware of the fact that recharging less frequently, but for bigger amounts, will often result in gaining added perks that will make you save money in the long run.

One important thing to check is rollover. The amount of time that your credit will be valid could be several months, but it could also be for only a week, depending on the operator or plan. Also, with some carriers any remaining credit’s validity is lengthened if you add some more credit. This is especially important if you don’t use your phone a lot.

Another great perk is off peak time. With some prepaid plan, calls are cheaper at night and on weekends. If you spend most of the daytime at home, in the office or at school, this is a great bonus.

Depending on whether you call a lot over long distances, reduced rate international calls (or, in the US, interstate calls) could also be convenient. You may have to pay an extra fee for this, but it may work out. If your prepaid mobile operator’s long distance prices are high, get an extra phone card from a specialized operator.

Depending on the use that you make, you may also want to compare the price of internet surfing, of voicemail, text messages or ringtone downloads for each prepaid mobile operator in your country.

Remember than the most important part of spending less on your mobile phone bill is to compare the prepaid mobile offers of all operators in your area. This is the foundation of correct prepaid mobile tariff selection.

So you are looking for a good coach, now what? In your search for good and effective coaching, keep in mind that there are important characteristics that you should look for in a coach regardless of what coaching expertise you are looking for. Of course, not all coaches will have all of these vital traits. You have to determine for yourself which qualities are most important to you.

When searching for coaching assistance, you must look for a coach who can communicate and share his knowledge in a clear and comprehensible way. Your coach should be organized and prepared for your classes; in fact, class materials should be available and ready for your use. This requires a skill in planning. Good coaches plan their materials and go through everything with a fine-toothed comb. Most coaching classes might seem spontaneous or improvised, but it is not. It only seems like it. Sometimes, they are so good that the level of attention and degree of preparation seems nil.

Another quality of a good coach is in knowing how to motivate their students. This is a challenge in itself because each student is unique. A good coach recognizes that every student is a distinctive individual. They are flexible enough in ensuring that their coaching approaches can accommodate differences in personality and temperament. There can be no one-size-fits-all nature to their motivational skills. A good coach knows how and when to give praise and encouragement in order to motivate their students.

A knowledgeable coach is a confident coach, who will then inspire confidence in their students. If you have ever been under the tutelage of someone who seems unsure of what they know and what they are teaching you, then you know that as a student, your tendency is to be unconvinced and doubtful of what you will learn, if you will learn anything at all. Now, if you have ever been under the supervision of someone who is assertive, self-assured and self-possessed, then you end up feeling positive and secure about the whole learning experience.

Lastly, you need a dedicated coaching expert. You should look for someone who is always willing to learn new things and apply them in their field of expertise. You should stay away from coaches who seem to exude the vibe that they already know all there is to know about their field. There are always developments in any field. They must be up-to-date on what is going on by attending seminars and conferences pertaining to their capability, reading and researching for new information on coaching, meeting with fellow coaches. This open-minded approach will not only benefit the coach, but more importantly, the students. It is dedication that fuels people to rise up to high expectations.

While most dog owners rely on the convenience of manufactured dog food, many dog owners enjoy making their dogs food. A dog health food recipe can come in handy if the dog has a health problem like obesity or diabetes.

Though some dog food recipes available on the Internet are designed specifically for dogs with health conditions, many make healthy meals for any dog. If the dog has a health concern, the owner may want to seek meal preparation advice from the veterinarian.

One easy dog health food recipe is for lamb stew. The ingredients are: one pound lamb, three diced potatoes, two chopped celery sticks, two chopped carrots, two pints of chicken broth, and two tablespoons of olive oil.

The meat should be cooked thoroughly in the olive oil before adding the chicken broth. The lamb and chicken broth should cook for forty-five minutes. The vegetables should be added and stewed for forty-five more minutes. The dog owner should make sure the lamb stew is cooled before it is served to the dog.

In that recipe, low fat beef can be substituted for lamb. The dog owner could add other ingredients like rice or corn. The dog owner should avoid the temptation of giving the dog extra food just because the food is healthy for the dog.

The dog owner can make a cabbage roll dog health food recipe. The ingredients are four large cabbage leaves, one half cup of white rice, one fourth cup of plain yogurt, chicken broth, and one half cup of cooked, shredded chicken breast. The large vein should be removed from the cabbage leaves, then they should be boiled.

The other ingredients should be mixed for the cabbage roll filling. Divide the cabbage roll filling among the cabbage leaves. Roll up the cabbage leaves and place in a baking dish with chicken broth to cover the bottom of the baking dish and part of the cabbage rolls before baking for thirty minutes.

The causes of stuttering has been argued by many professionals. Many believe that stuttering is a condition brought upon by mental issues, others believe that it is purely hereditary. The definite cause still remains in limbo.

Some of the more popular beliefs on the causes of stuttering are fear, trauma, anxiety and hereditary.

Fear can play a big part in a person’s stuttering. Fear may cause a stutterer to feel apprehensive thus creating a hesitation in their speech.

Trauma from life experiences and bad childhood experiences can also be attributed to stuttering. The pressure due to past trauma can also lead to shortness of breath. This in turn can lead to stuttering issues.

Anxiety is related to both fear and trauma because it can cause a stutterer to feel trapped which affects breathing. Anxiety is often caused by bad childhood memories.

It is also not uncommon for stuttering to run in the family. Many times the cause of stuttering is attributed to a parent or relative. This analogy supports that theory that the cause of stuttering is a learned behavior.

The answer to the question of what are the causes of stuttering is rather simple; There is no real answer. Frankly, It is more conducive to concentrate on the solutions.

The many theories on the cause of stuttering are not definitive. The only thing that someone suffering with stuttering issues should be concerned with is finding answers. The more you seek answers the better your chances of becoming fluent.

What exactly is a "network marketing scam"?
Post from: Tru Soldiers

by Eldon Beard

What exactly is a “network marketing scam”?

Because of the significant amount of money you can make with this business, scammers often design schemes designed to pass as legitimate network marketing plans, thus deceiving many well-meaning home income seekers.

What else makes people think “network marketing scam” when presented with a legitimate opportunity? Often, it is negative experiences that they (or other people they know) have had.

There are other reasons, related to peoples’ expectations, that sometime give this business a black eye.

One common situation occurs when an opportunity seeker signs up without understanding what it really takes to be successful. This can happen when their sponsor focuses mostly on recruiting and makes big promises. When the new network marketer fails to make money quickly, they quit and tell people they know that the business doesn’t work.

Another thing that happens - network marketing is taken as a lottery. Some people sign up based on the income potential, talk a few people into joining, and then watch to see what happens. When this fails to build a significant income for them, they figure it was just another “network marketing scam” and they quit.

Finally, sometime new distributors get all fired up and truly make a commitment to their business. They go out and give it all they have for six months. When their biggest check is less than $100 for all that effort, they decide the business doesn’t work and move on to something else.

Starting and building a profitable network marketing business takes effort. Four things must happen.

Get involved with a solid opportunity and choose an upline that is ready to help you reach success. Make sure you communicate well with them and feel comfortable working with them.

When you get started, spend time learning the products and the business, and plug in to your upline’s success training. Be open. This will make all the difference in your success.

Learn and follow the success plan your upline has created. Plan to try out some ideas of your own later, but in the beginning stick to the proven fundamentals.

Be patient and understand that a really big, profitable business with long-term residual income may take 3-5 years of consistent work.

“Network marketing scam” is often used to described legitimate and attractive business opportunities, spoken by people who had unreasonable expectations when they signed up and never understood what it takes.

Throughout England and Britain there are many attractions that are rich in historical wonder and that make Britain one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world.

Many of these attractions are located in the capital city of London, but there are plenty outside London as well, in fact, pretty much every county or city in England has a rich and full history, complete with landmarks.

Stonehenge for example is located in Wiltshire and is one of the most famous stone structures in the world. Historians are still unsure as to the origin of the monument, but they suspect that it is around 5500 years old and was used as a burial ground in those times.

The overall creation of this monument is thought to have been spread over a long period of time (between 1500 and 6500 years!) and the stones themselves are thought to have travelled a long way before reaching their destination in Wiltshire.

There have been several attempts at carrying stones of a similar along the same route that the builders of Stonehenge took, but it seems that we in the modern day are not as suited to carrying weights of several tons across rivers and ditches as people once were, as every attempt has failed so far.

Of course one of the most famous stories in English history is that of Robin Hood. His memorial statue still stands in Nottingham city centre. It has never been conclusively proved whether or not the story of Robin Hood is historically factual or a myth, there have been many references to him throughout history, some as far back as the 13th century. You can visit the place where the majority of his deeds are said to have happened, Sherwood Forrest.

Of course, a place that holds a highly notable place in the countries history is Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of possibly the greatest playwright of all time. It is not only home to the house that William Shakespeare was born in, but it is a beautifully quaint town with a picturesque feel to it, outside Henley street that is. Henley street is the street on which Shakespeare’s old house is located, and it is one of the most visited places in the country.

Accommodation is a key component in any great trip. If you don’t have a top quality hotel, it can bring the rest of the trip down. The good news is that England is home to a range of the world’s finest hotels so no matter where abouts you plan to visit, the chances are you won’t be far from some world class accommodation.

Anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar-lowering and other beneficial cardiovascular effects of resveratrol have been reported. Resveratrol was originally isolated by Takaoka from the roots of white hellebore in 1940.

Resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxystilbene) is a polyphenolic phytoalexin. It is a stilbene, a derivate of stilbene, and is produced in plants with the help of the enzyme stilbene synthase.
It exists as two geometric isomers: cis- (Z) and trans- (E), with the trans-isomer shown in the top image. The trans- form can undergo isomerisation to the cis- form when exposed to ultraviolet irradiation. Trans-resveratrol in the powder form was found to be stable under “accelerated stability” conditions of 75% humidity and 40 degrees C in the presence of air. Resveratrol content also stayed stable in the skins of grapes and pomace taken after fermentation and stored for a long period.

Both the cis- and trans-isomers of resveratrol were detected in all tested samples. cis-Resveratrol levels were comparable to those of the trans-isomer. They ranged from 0.5 mg/L to 1.9 mg/L in red wines and had a maximum of 0.2 mg/L in white wines.

by Al Case

I was engaged in teaching a martial arts class, and I had one student whose father liked to go to the bar next door and enjoy himself while his son was getting healthy and strong. After class one day, the father staggered in and pulled out a gun and pointed it at me, and he made the remark that karate isn’t any good if a guy has a gun. I took the pistol from him, held it in my hand, looked at him, and grinned.

Yes, it is possible to take a gun away from somebody, even when they are pointing it directly at your face. I did it, and I will tell you exactly how I did it in this article. That said, and even considering what I am about to tell you in this article, I recommend giving your money to an attacker, not risking your face against volatile discharge.

You must consider which way the communication is flowing when somebody points a gun at you. The typical scenario is a fellow steps out of some alley, gun in hand, and he says he will shoot. It is easy to see that the intent of his communication is towards you.

Moving at a speed, and in a way, that demonstrates total compliance, you raise your hands, and put them in a position that is best for what you are about to do. I have to tell you that you will have to decide what position is best, and you should do this through extensive practice. The most important point, however, is that you relax your muscles entirely and utterly and calm your mind.

Now, the fellow says to give him your money, and this is the point you have been waiting for. At this point the intent of the communication is towards him, and away from you. At this point he is not intending to shoot because he expects you to move towards him.

As I said, you must have muscles that are totally relaxed, and you must have an utterly calm mind. You are going to hit his wrist, and you must shift your head away from the direction the gun will move in and off the line of attack when you do so. Grab the barrel of the gun and twist it as you slap the inside of his wrist.

Slapping the inside of his wrist will mess up his muscles, and there may be a discharge of the weapon, but the gun should have angled so it will miss you. With practice, and specifically practice of the technique and of the ability to be relaxed in one position in space, and then assume another position in space, you can actually refine your technique and try different methods of controlling the gun.

Let me say quickly and forcefully that the technique won’t work if the fellow is not interested in getting your money, but rather in kidnapping you for other purposes, or if he is too far away, or if you just read this article and never actually practiced the technique a few thousand times, I also want to say that I wrote this article for training purposes, for enlightenment of the individual when his life is threatened, not to give you the idea that your life is more important than money. I also want to let you know that it is going to be a lot of fun to go to court when the fellow is caught and you get to point a little laughter into his face.

Does this happen all the time? Mom/Dad! “When can I get an Air-soft Gun?!” or “Johnny has one why can not I?” Nothing better than an Airsoft Gun as a Gift. They still bring in good gifts for grownups. There are an assortment of air soft guns by M4s to D-90s. I recognize you probably thought they look like genuine guns, my neighbours are going to call the cops on me. This air-soft gun has an orange tip so they cant be mistaken for real guns.

One of the guns showcased is the AK-47 Electric rifle. This rifles features a semi or full auto switch to change the rate of fire on the fly. Also included is many safety features such as; safety switch selector and safety glasses. The Safety glasses cannot be broken by the plastic BB. This week only special includes a container of 2000pcs 6mm plastic BB’s.

Some guns even have red dot sight or a laser. Some even have a scope for pinpoint accuracy. In your box you will get a booklet of safety tips. They have illustrations that help make it easier to understand what you shouldn’t do when explaining it to a child. Because we both know words aren’t enough. When I got my sons their air soft guns, they were thrilled. I even got a little out of it myself. I told my one son that he had to work harder in school or I would take his gun away. He was so attached to that thing that he went from a C student to an A student. I was amazed at the effort he put forth.

How do you get the right air-soft gun for you? The 3 kinds of are Electric, Spring, and Gas. There are pros and cons to both. The gas gun is more popular in competition. The spring and electric are more popular with kids in their local backyards. Simply because of price. The spring and electric are mostly made of durable plastic and some electrics are made of metal. Metal guns average in price of about $100.00.

It is much more powerful than a electric gun but is more costly as said before. Gas guns provide a more realistic feeling. And lastly you have spring powered guns, which are single-shot devices that use elastic potential energy to shoot the pellet. The user has to cock the gun before every shot. These are generally less powerful than an electric or gas gun but are more reliable in cold weather.

And if you love playing with your airsoft gun and have a good shot why not join in a competition. Grab a group and friends and enter into a tournament and play against other people. These games are similar to playing paintball. When shooting your gun please be sure you are not shooting other people. A target is included with your purchase but you’ll have to buy more. Be sure to wear safety goggles when shooting and enjoy!

You can get a lot of this sport such as; exercise, loss weight, build confidence, and much more…

Be to research your gun well.

To say that humanity’s ability to harness the power of electricity was one of the most positive advancements in all of history would be a dramatic understatement. Without electricity, the world as we know it would have never evolved past the 18th century. And, while we all understand the great benefits of electricity, we also realize that there are a number of common dangers associated with it. However, there are dangers that electricity pose that we sometimes are not aware of. For those that are aware of these hidden dangers, the use of EMF protection devices can be quite helpful.

What is the danger presented by EMF? Essentially, electricity creates electromagnetic fields. These fields are all around us. The human body is exposed to such fields on a daily basis. This exposure can lead to many negative effects. Exposure to electricity can cause serious harm to the central nervous system, as well as to the body’s cellular composition. This is where EMF protection devices come in handy, because they block electromagnetic fields.

Some may raise the question as to how a single EMF protection device can be useful in any environment. After all, don’t different environments possess different electromagnetic fields? This would be a correct assumption as electromagnetic fields are everywhere. However, it would be incorrect to assume that all EMF protection devices are the same.

There are many EMF protection devices and they all have their own benefits. Some are designed to protect one against roaming electromagnetic fields and some EMF devices protect the residents of a particular home. There are even EMF devices that deflect electromagnetic waves coming from cell phones. No matter what kind of electromagnetic protection you need, you will find an EMF device that provides it.

EMF protection device size varies according to the required task. If you want personal and portable EMF protection devices, seek out smaller models like a Shuzi pendant or a QLink bracelet. Conversely, larger devices are required to protect an entire home from EMF. Indeed, you may need to purchase more than one device; however, the dangers posed by electromagnetic fields may well outweigh any reservations you may have.

Though it has a great many benefits, electricity also can be very dangerous. As a result, it is imperative to protect oneself. EMF protection devices like Q-Link and Shuzi do just that. Take advantage of what they have to offer.

Saline implants, silicone gel implants, first, second, third, fourth and fifth generation implants are the more common implants used in breast augmentation operations.
Post from: Tru Soldiers

Saline implants, silicone gel implants, first, second, third, fourth and fifth generation implants are the more common implants used in breast augmentation operations.

Saline-filled breast implants, first manufactured in France in 1964, introduced by Arion were surgically placed via smaller incisions. Current saline devices are manufactured with thicker, room temperature vulcanized (RTV) shells than earlier generations of devices. These shells are made of a silicone elastomer and the implants are filled with salt water (saline) after the implant is placed in the body.

Plastic surgeons first formulated the first silicone breast prosthesis with the Dow Corning Corporation in 1961. The first woman was implanted in 1962. Silicone implants are commonly described in terms of five generations which segregate mutual characteristics of manufacturing techniques.

First generation or the Original Cronin-Gerow Implant was first produced in 1963. The Cronin-Gerow implants were created of a tear drop shaped silicone rubber envelope (or sac), filled with a thick, viscous silicone gel with a Dacron patch (to cut back rotation of the implant) on the posterior shell. In reaction to surgeons’ petitions for softer and more vivid implants, breast implants were redesigned in the 1970s with flimsier, less cohesive gel and thinner shells.

Third & fourth generation implants, from the mid 1980s, represented sequential advances in manufacturing principles with elastomer-coated shells to decrease gel bleed, and are filled with thicker, more cohesive gel. The increased cohesion of the gel filler reduced potential leakage of the gel compared to earlier devices and the more substantial shell improved durability as compared to 2nd generation implants.

Fifth generation a.k.a. “gummy bear” or solid, high-cohesive, form-stable implants is in preliminary stages in the United States but these implants have been widely used since the mid 1990s in other countries. The semi-solid gel in these types of implants largely extinguishes the possibility of silicone migration.

Right now, we are surrounded by vehicles, people talking or shouting, loud volumes of televisions at home or even outside such as at the malls even animals on the streets like dogs and cats, they all make noises that we just are so used to it and felt like its just normal to our everyday life. And even if we go to sleep, we can still hear dogs barking, the sound of electricity, the air condition inside the room and a lot more. Sounds we hear could be irritating or could be pleasing as well, so I think we should find something that could make our ears enjoy listening to, such as good music.

My mother and father are both member of a band, my mom was the vocalist and my dad was the drummer and sometimes the guitarist too. They said that its music that brought them together.

My sister and I grew up listening to their music most of the time. My mom would always record all of the songs that she has sung and give it to us to listen to. My father then would teach us how to sing them properly and make us record our own songs as well

Now, looking back at those times when we were still young made me realize that singing or the music itself is not just for some people create or perform, there has to be feelings in it as well. I remember what my mom told me that whenever she sings this particular song she thinks of me, another song would be for my sister and another for my father. This only means that she thinks of us, her loved ones, and that is the reason why she performs well because it’s like dedicating the song to us even if we are not there.

When we are just at home, especially during weekends, the four of us would just sit in front of the television, doing some karaoke and singing our hearts out until we all get tired of it and call it a day. My father once said that the ability to make music is one of his greatest possessions and he would like us to continue it as well.

I think music is a great thing to have in a family. You could be the singer or the drummer, the guitarist or the pianist, whatever your interest maybe, it will sure be fun for everyone.

With music around, you can be your self. You may not be the type who wants to create music but for sure, you can always listen. With so many kinds to choose from, you’ll definitely find one that can make you think of happy thoughts or memories even make yourself free from stress since music can make your mind relax, especially the classic ones.

I am a music lover. I love my music as I love my family. I can think of them whenever I’m at peace. And music definitely puts my mind at ease.
