Buzzirk Mobile launched its company in the gifting suite at the 2006 Emmy Awards. They are using a proprietary technology that allows them to offer unlimited phone service for one monthly fee.

There are no limits on texting, calls to landlines, calls to other Buzzirk users, or using the internet with this company. That means no more keeping track of minutes, no surprises when you open your monthly bill. Only one stable month to month price. There are no yearly contracts; you can leave at any time.

Buzzirk Mobile uses the carrier Zer01, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This company is owned and operated by Unified Technologies Group, Inc. They are headquartered in Wilmington, DE. At the 2009 CTIA Wireless Conference, Laptop Magazine gave Zer01 Mobile the award for “Best Overall Product.”

Buzzirk Mobile joined with Global Verge, a network marketing company, to allow Global Verge members to become phone reseller. As of July 2009, the members are being required to pass a written test to be approved. This whole situation is causing quite a commotion among the network marketing community.

The July release of the Buzzirk Mobile product brought Global Ventures to its knees, causing them to leave their credit card processor and join another. They had trouble handling support calls, processing payments, and changing their member’s status as they upgraded their accounts.

Early in July the first Global Verge e-associates will begin receiving Buzzirk Mobile phones. They will be limited to 4, which will be distributed to the highest paying members first. Then there will be a wait, then the next level will get their 4, etc.

Complications like this arise in many MLM companies. There are also too many other problems that come up to list here. If you are a trained marketer, though, you are mobile yourself. Meaning you can jump ship from this company and go to another. Your knowledge of marketing will go with you, and help you be successful with your next venture.

If you are only learning what your company wants you to learn, you are missing out on major opportunities without even knowing it. They will teach you exactly what you need to know to sell their product or products, and not one thing more. Do yourself a favor and get a real marketing education, then you won’t have to take the crumbs your company gives you. You can go out and find a whole cake!
